T-Bone's Custom Meats offers quality ranch butchering services, fair animal butchering, and wild game butchering. . Services include processing beef, pork, lamb, and goat, as well as smoking hams, bacon, & sausage.   

We know how much work goes into raising your own animals and we promise to process your meat with the same care.  All animals are tagged with customers’ name information from the time of receipt until your meat is picked up. All meat is vacuum sealed, flash frozen, labeled with your details.  

We service ranch and privately raised animals, fair animals, and wild game. 

We currently serve Nevada, Placer. Yolo, Sutter, Yuba, El Dorado, Shasta, and Sacramento Counties. Please reach out to us if you are outside these counties and we will strive to serve you too.
